The strong and compact R45TC from MCE is a magnetic laser receiver, designed to attach to the stick or boom of earthmoving equipment such as excavators, backhoe, trenchers and dozers.

It can be used as a one man system to manually check levels and digging heights/depths without having to get out of the cab of the machine.

The R45 will detect/pick up the rotating beam of a laser level, which is mounted on a tripod away from the machine.

Compared to several to several other magnetic laser receviers in the price bracket, the R45TC has the additonal functionality of tilt compensation.
In this mode, the receiver will automatically compensate for the error introduced by deviations from a vertical postion by adjusting the centre band automatically.
e.g. If the dipper arm is not plumb, the R45TC compensatesd for the angle of the dipper arm up to a maximum tilt of 30°.
The vertical detecting window of the R45 is 190mm, is supplied with built-in magnetic bracket and runs for approx. 40-50 hours on 1 D size alkaline battery.

An optional in cab remote display is available for the R45.

MCE R DUO

The MCE R Duo is a large robust 360° boom mounted laser receiver, designed to attach to the stick or boom of earthmoving equipment such as excavators, backhoe, trenchers and dozers.

It can be used as a one man system to manually check levels and digging heights/depths without having to get out of the cab of the machine.

The key feature of the R Duo is the unique switchable display, which allows the operator to use the Duo Sensor with almost any earthmoving machine.

The conventional Laserguide Mode a +/- 100mm level range for gernal leveling applications for graders, scrapers and bulldozers.

The Depthguide Mode features an extended "dig down" mode of 150mm by offsetting the on level reference. The vertical indicator also alerts the operator to when the R Duo is plumb.
This mode is suitable for excavators and backhoes.

There are 3 resoultion modes (Fine, normal and wide) with the vertical detecting window of the R Duo being a large 250mm.
It is supplied with built-in NiMH rechargeable batteries with a quick charge cycle of only 2.5 hours. Optional 12/24 machine power is available.

Optional infrared and corded remote controls arealso available whilst the R Duo will connect to MCE's CB and DB Duo Control Boxes.
