Trotec TTR200

CODE: DEH TROTEC TTR200

The TTR200 is an entry level absorption type desiccant dehumidifier.

Compared with traditional commercial desiccant driers, the new TTR models from Trotec are more compact in size, lighter in weight yet offer equal or greater drying capability when compared to other models on the market.

Designed and manufactured in Germany, the secret to the TTR models is the combination of high quality internal components with lightweight yet extremely durable powder coated steel sheet housing.

The TTR models work on the absorption principle where the desiccant silica absorbs the wet air. The damp material is then heated to drive off the humidity.
Where refrigerant dehumidifiers do not work well in cold temperatures, absorption type driers can achieve low humidity levels in much colder conditions, well be low 0 degress celcius.

The TTR 200 is equipped with the advanced electronic Monoventic air volume regulation which allows stepless, demand-oriented regulation of the required dry air volume.

Standard on the TTR200 is an integrated DIN socket which allows for remote switching control of the TTR200 by using an optional hygrostat, time clock or other external switching devices with matching DIN plug.

The TTR200 is best suited for small environments that require environmental humidity management, low pressure sealed rooms and light drying applications.

Trotec TTR400

CODE: DEH TROTEC TTR400

The TTR400 is a compact yet performance orientated absorption type desiccant dehumidifier.

The TTR400 is equipped with the advanced electronic Monoventic air volume regulation which allows stepless, demand-oriented regulation of the required dry air volume.
Compared with the TTR300 model above, the TTR400 has greater drying and airflow and pressure performance.
It also utilises the Trisorp Mono system which features a fan in front of the rotor for both air circuits, with a purging sector for the heat recycling process for the incoming regenerated air.

Standard on the TTR400 is an integrated DIN socket which allows for remote switching control of the TTR400 by using an optional hygrostat, time clock or other external switching devices with matching DIN plug.
Also a range of TTR accessories are available including hose or pipe connections that can be connected to the regeneration air inlet on the TTR400 as well as different filters for separate air supply.

The TTR400 is suitable for commercial and industrial applications, for protection against condensation in waterworks and pump stations, for anti-corrosion, sandblasting and corrosion protection work as well as for applications in the building industry.
It is also suitable for flood restoration in low temperature climates.

Also available is the TTR400D.
This model utilises the Duoventic system allowing not only the use of regenerated air for increased drying and pressure, but also independant dual fan speed control.
It has a higher rate of drying compared with the 400 and additional airflow.
